    3-Roller Symmetrical Mechanical Rolling Machine

Structure brief introduction
Its basic structure is two bottom rollers are fixed and symmetrically arranged corresponding to the top roller.
Both of the bottom rollers are drive rollers, which rotates by motor, gear box and distributor case.
The top roller is passive roller whose lifting is hydraulic transmission and the lifting displacement is calculated and controlled by computer, which can self levels and displays on screen, and the synchronisms is ±0.2mm.
The tilting and reset of tilting part is driven by hydraulic cylinder and there is balance mechanism at the end of top roller. When the tilting part discharges the work piece, the top roller is in the state of balance because of the balance mechanism, which is convenient for discharging.
